This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of products ordered from Kilig Beauty ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the shipping policies mentioned below. 

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times 

We provide the following shipping methods: 

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5 to 10 business days. 
  • U.S. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days. 

The estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not encompass weekends, holidays, or potential delays arising from unforseen circumstances. 

Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges are computed based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the total weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost wil be displayed during the checkout process prior to finalizing your purchase. 

Order Tracking: 

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracing number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or on the carrier's website. 

 Order Modifications and Address Changes: 

We reccommend carefully reviewing your order and shipping address before finalizing your purchase. After placing an order, modifications may not be feasible. If changes are required, please reach out to our customer support as soon as possible. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: 

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support. We will collaborate with the carrier to address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution 

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to onquire about your missing package. Please double check your address before purchse. 

International Orders - When ordering from Kilig Beauty you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival to your post office. We do not refund for the refusal of package due to these fees or for packages lost oversees. Also be aware that these packages may take longer to arrive. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Custom Fees and Import Taxes: 

Kilig Beauty is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)

Policy Updates: 

We hold the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without proir notice. Such changes will be effective upon being posted on our shopify store.
